1. Overview
Aublu Password Manager (“Aublu,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is designed to help you organize password-related and other sensitive entries by category on your Android device. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet the age requirements in this Privacy Policy and understand the local-storage design described below.
2. Information You Enter and Store in the App
The App lets you choose what information to enter. Depending on the categories and fields you use, this may include account names, usernames, passwords, security-related notes, card or identity details, contact details, and other information that you decide to save.
The App also stores an app access password or recovery-related settings that you create, along with preferences needed to operate the App. Because you choose the content you save, please avoid entering information unless you are comfortable storing it on your device.
3. Local Storage and No Internet Transmission
Your saved entries and App settings are stored locally on your device using the App’s local database and Android app preferences. The App does not request the Internet permission. It does not send the content you enter to our servers, and it does not provide account registration, cloud synchronization, or an in-App mechanism for us to access your stored entries.
The App may use the device vibration feature to provide interaction feedback. This feature does not collect personal information.
4. No Advertising, Analytics, or Sale of Data
The App does not include advertising or analytics services that collect your personal information through the App. We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose the information you enter in the App because that information is not transmitted to us by the App.
5. Your Choices and Control
You control the information stored in the App. You may edit the entries you create within the App. You may also remove App data or uninstall the App through your Android device settings. Deleting App data or uninstalling the App can permanently remove locally stored entries, so you should make any backups you need before doing so.
Android device backup features may back up App data depending on your device settings, Android version, and the backup service you use. Any such backup is managed by your device or backup provider under its own terms and privacy policy, not by the App.
6. Security
The App provides an app-level access-password feature intended to help limit casual access to stored entries on your device. You are responsible for choosing and protecting your device lock and App access password. No method of storage or device security is completely secure; please keep your device and Android software updated and do not share your access credentials.
7. Children and Age Requirements
The App is not directed to children under 13, and no person under 13 years of age is permitted to use the App.
We do not knowingly collect, use, store, or disclose personal information from children under 13. The App is designed for local use and does not transmit the information entered in it to us. If we learn that a child under 13 has used the App or has provided information through a channel under our control, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information where applicable.
Users who are 13 or older but are not yet the age of legal majority in their location should use the App only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should consider whether a password-management app is appropriate before allowing a minor to store any sensitive information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Please review this page periodically for changes.
